Delivery & Collection
Delivery options and estimates depend on the products, destination, stock availability and the time the order is placed.
UK mainland delivery prices
- Decorating sundries: from £4.99 including VAT.
- Paint, varnish and liquid products: from £9.95 including VAT (£8.29 plus VAT).
- Free standard delivery: available on qualifying UK mainland orders of £75.00 including VAT (£62.50 plus VAT).
The basket and checkout calculate the option available for the actual mix of products and delivery postcode. Restricted postcodes, heavy or specialist items and split consignments may cost more. The checkout price takes priority if it differs from these guide prices.
Delivery estimates
Our normal estimate for stocked products is 2–3 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days. Product-specific estimates may override the standard estimate.
Any “Order before 10am for next day delivery” message applies only to eligible, available items ordered before the cut-off on a working day. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and is subject to payment approval, stock availability and carrier capacity.
Stock and split deliveries
Some products may be supplied from another location or directly by a supplier. Orders containing several products may arrive in more than one consignment. We will contact you if a material stock issue is likely to delay the order.
Paint, liquids and restricted areas
Paint, varnish, aerosols and other liquids can be subject to carrier and dangerous-goods restrictions. We do not promise delivery to every postcode or destination. Restricted areas include some Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and other offshore or remote postcodes. If delivery is available, the correct charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery access
Please provide a complete address, a working telephone number and any important access information. Delivery is normally to the address or safe place supplied with the order. We cannot be responsible for delay or loss caused by an incorrect address or unsafe access information supplied by the customer.
Click & Collect from Bridlington
Collection is available from Bridlington Decorating Centre, Unit 2A Bessingby Industrial Estate, Bessingby Way, Bridlington, YO16 4SJ.
Please wait until we confirm that the order is ready before travelling. Bring the order confirmation and, where requested, identification or the payment card used. If someone else will collect for you, let us know in advance. Opening times are shown on our Stores & Opening Times page.
Checking your delivery
Check the number and condition of parcels as soon as reasonably possible. If anything is damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect, keep the packaging, take photographs and contact us promptly. Reporting visible transit damage within 24 hours helps us investigate with the carrier, but does not remove your statutory rights.
If delivery is delayed
Tracking and estimated dates can change. If your order has not arrived within the estimate, contact us with your order number. Where the law gives you a right to cancel because delivery is materially late, that right is not affected by this page.
