Returns
If something is not right with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Standard items
Unused, unopened standard stock items can usually be returned within the returns period, provided they are in resaleable condition with proof of purchase.
Mixed or made-to-order items
Paint mixed to a chosen colour, tinted products and other made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged, missing or incorrect items quickly. Please keep packaging and take photos where possible so we can resolve it with the carrier or supplier.
